哈囉！大家好：我是郁璇Mika，來自台灣的執業諮商心理師，我同時也是一個彩繪藝術家， 擅長結合藝術創作與心理專業的工作坊帶領，旅行至巴黎，也想跟大家分享如何透過藝術進行自我照顧的方式。
🌟我們每天繁忙的生活，努力扮演好每個角色，像是一根持續燃燒的蠟燭，或許有時會感覺身心疲累卻不知如何是好，各種情緒的累積，當自我陷入無力狀態，而其他人也幫不上忙時，是否才是自我向內尋求心靈力量的開始？
藝術好比容器，提供心靈一個涵容處所，很多你想說卻說不出口的話，畫都幫你說了。讓我們一起用創作的方式來認識自己更多面向、陪伴自己。

在這場藝術療癒工作坊中，我們將以各式媒材進行創作、結合寫作與冥想，
回望這一年的自己，聆聽內在仍在低語的聲音，告別已逝去的，期望未來即將發生的。
此工作坊不需有任何美術背景，只需帶著一顆願意嘗試的心，讓創作替妳敘說。
在創作的靜謐裡，重新遇見柔軟的自己。

人數：8~10人，額滿即截止報名。

Hello everyone! ^^
I'm Mika, a practicing counseling psychologist from Taiwan. I'm also a painter, specializing in combining artistic creation with facilitating psychological counseling. Traveling to Paris, I wanted to share how to use art for self-care.
🌟Our busy daily lives, striving to play every role well, are like a constantly burning candle. Sometimes we feel physically and mentally exhausted, unsure of what to do. The accumulation of various emotions, when we feel powerless and others can't help, is that the beginning of seeking inner strength?
Art is like a container, providing a space for the soul to find peace. Many things you want to say but can't express, art says it all. Let's use creation to understand more about ourselves and accompany ourselves.
❤️ 2025 is coming to an end; our hearts should also have a moment of rest.
In this art therapy workshop, we will create using various media, combining writing and meditation.
Reflect on the past year, listen to the whispers within, bid farewell to the past, and look forward to the future.
No art background is required for this workshop; simply bring a willingness to try and let your creation speak for you. In the tranquility of creation, rediscover your softer self.
