Meet Your Expert Facilitator Trainer:
Belinda O'Dea is a highly experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Women's Circle Facilitator Trainer, and International Women's Retreat Leader. With more than 25 years of yoga practice and teaching since 2012, Belinda is devoted to nurturing spiritual growth, transformation, and holistic well-being that is accessible to everybody.
Certified in Hatha, Mantra, Nada, Tantra, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, Belinda specialises in Restorative Yoga, Mantra Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sacred Women’s Circles. Her teachings emphasise stillness, rest, healing, and tuning into inner wisdom without distraction.
Currently training as a Gestalt Therapist, Belinda blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques to align body, mind, and heart by cultivating present-moment awareness. Joining her classes and events offers a nourishing journey of self-knowledge held in the sanctuary of Belinda's gentle wisdom and loving presence.
