A women’s ceremony in a welcoming garden studio — an evening of presence, movement, and magic.
Held under the crescent moon and the growing energy of spring, this gathering invites renewal and expansion. As nature awakens, we tune into what is ready to take shape within us, creating space for new intentions, insights, and possibilities to arise. With the support of cacao, we ground into the body while opening to what wants to be birthed.

• Closing sharing circle
We begin by arriving through breath and sound, allowing the nervous system to settle. From this grounded place, we share cacao and set intentions.
We then move into an intuitive dance journey, guided by music and the elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — supporting expression, release, and embodiment.
We close with integration, a simple creative practice, and a sharing circle.
A nourishing evening of connection, movement, and inner listening — held monthly with care and intention.
