The power of visualization to focus my attention, to clarify my purpose, and create a roadmap through vision boarding is unparalleled. What started as gatherings with friends and decades of personal experience, transformed me with the results I achieved. So many of my students have also achieved great success. Course Flow (2 hours):
- Vision board basics: why, what, how?
- Short meditation to get your prepared for your vision board
- Time to journal
- Start your vision board
- Getting results once you've created your vision board (5 manifestation tips)
What you need to bring:
- Notebook and pen for the writing portion of the workshop
- Photos, images that you want to put on your board
- Open mind + a smile
