Let New Year's Eve set the tone for your year ahead with a rejuvenating sound bath, goal setting meditation and a toast.
About this Event

Give your body the gift to unplug and just listen to close out 2024 and set intentions for 2025. In a Sound Bath, much like meditation, the body takes a slow shift from an active mind into the dream-like state of theta. We invite sound as a therapeutic outlet for emotions, whether blissful or chaotic, each participant perceives sound differently.

Your instructor will guide you into a relaxing state and fill the room with magical sound. All setting the tone for you to create intentions to make your goals meaningful for the year ahead. Then you'll enjoy delicious desserts and Toast to the New Year together.

Be sure to bring a journal and an offering such as a flower, crystal or candle that symbolizes something you are calling on for healing or releasing as we move from 2024 into 2025.

Your admission includes: All of the props needed including mats and blankets, desserts and Prosecco or Non-alchohlic Apple Cider to toast. You are welcome to bring extras such as more blankets, a pillow, bolster, eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.

New to a sound bath? Use these helpful tips to prepare:

Dress for comfort
Be on time- at least 5-10mins. prior to the start time.
Turn off your phone upon arrival
Prepare your space- a yoga mat and 2-3 blankets will be provided but if you know you might be sensitive to light or want something specific to help you get comfortable, feel free to bring.
Clear your mind- this is a form of meditation. Plan to relax, follow the sound and stay awake.
Be open to feelings that arise- Sound baths encourage you to drop into a meditative state that can bring up stuck emotions and sensations in the body.
Take care of your body before and after the session. Use the restroom prior and after the experience, hydrate and get a good night's rest.
