✨ About the Facilitator
My name is Natalie.
I am a certified Tantra & Breathwork facilitator, Prana therapist, and Kundalini Yoga teacher devoted to awakening sexual energy as a healing and transformative force.
For more than 14 years, I have worked with energy, breath, and consciousness. Through Tantra and sensual embodiment, I discovered how attention and presence reshape identity, restore vitality, and reconnect us to our deepest truth.
Through the conscious awakening of sexual energy as life force, I found myself — my femininity, my power, my clarity, my fire.
Now I guide others not only to awaken energy —
but to master it.
Currently based in Copenhagen, I share this work across Europe — holding spaces that are intense, structured, safe, and deeply transformative.
