Join me, Coach Tash, for a high-energy Pump It With Tash Bootcamp at the brand new Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters – Seminole Heights location!
We’ll kick off the morning with an empowering full-body workout designed for all fitness levels, and then refuel with fresh-brewed cafecito from Blind Tiger.
