OSL has never been just a department. From early morning classes to academic collaborations, events, friendships, and leadership journeys, OSL has grown into a family; one built on togetherness, trust, and shared purpose.Over the years, we have created memories that taught us lessons, built bridges across student generations, and shaped us as emerging leaders. In the middle of Dhaka’s fast-paced, productivity-driven routine, we often forget how powerful it is to pause, reconnect, and reflect together. Just like a family gathering helps us recharge, reconnect, and realign, the OSL Family is organizing the daylong event "প্রকৃতি ও নেতৃত্ব: OSL Family Annual Get-Together 2026" on 24 January 2026.
As a reflection of the moments and memories from নদী ও নেতৃত্ব 2024 where we connected ourselves with the rivers, this year's event focuses on connecting with nature and its tranquility. As a family, we aim to embrace and connect with nature and leadership.
From a leadership perspective, this gathering is more than recreation. It is an exercise in collective leadership execution; where collaboration, coordination, shared responsibility, and participation come together to create a sustainable legacy of inclusivity, diversity, team building, empathetic culture, unity and shared ownership.
