We have a beginner course starting shortly after the open training (date TBA), so this is a perfect opportunity to try it out if you're wondering about signing up.
We lend out skates and the required protective gear - all you need is clothes you can move well in, and maybe a bottle of water.

There will be some information about roller derby in general, about our club and we will tell you about the next beginner intake. Get the information you need about becoming a player or official (both on and off skates).
Then, everyone who wants gets to try skates! Skaters from the club will be there to guide and help.

Car: There is free parking outside available outside Apalløkka sports hall.
Subway/ T-bane: Take line 4 or 5 (Direction Vestli)to the stop 'Ammerud'. Follow the signs from the subway up to the sports center, about a 10 minute walk away.
