Âme is a legendary German electronic music duo consisting of Kristian Beyer and Frank Wiedemann. Formed in 2001, they are pioneers of melodic, emotive house and techno. The duo co-founded the highly influential label Innervisions in 2005. Today, Beyer typically handles DJ sets while Wiedemann focuses on their renowned live performances.
Drawing influences from Detroit techno, Chicago house, jazz, and Afro-beat, their tracks build tension and emotion rather than relying on standard, loop-based club structures.The Live Act vs. DJing. The dynamic between the two members has shifted over the years: Kristian Beyer is the primary touring DJ. His sets are known for architectural control, carefully selecting tracks spanning house, techno, and beyond. Frank Wiedemann is the creative force behind the Âme Live act. Instead of simply playing a prerecorded set, Wiedemann utilizes analog synthesizers, drum machines, and live sequencers to improvise and reinterpret their catalog in real time.

Whirling Dervish Productions has produced underground electronic dance events for discerning music and live performance aficionados in Denver for over 10 years. A collaboration between The Brown Elvis Presents and Mental of the Fantastic Hosts, Whirling Dervish came together out of the need for higher-quality underground music experiences in the Denver area.
