About this Event
A concert for children of all ages, featuring Argentine writer, musician and singer Luis María Pescetti. Renowned for his work for both children and adults, he began his career in 1979 with intimate café shows, then moved to Mexico as a radio program host with the popular "Hola, Luis.” Back in Argentina in 2001, he hosted the award-winning "El vampiro negro" on Radio Nacional. Pescetti has received numerous awards, including the Casa de las Américas Award in 1997 for his novel "El ciudadano de mis zapatos," three White Ravens Awards, five Gardel Awards, and a Latin Grammy for Best Children's Music Album in 2010. In 2011, he was honored with a Konex Award and was declared a Distinguished Personality of Culture in Buenos Aires. Pescetti is a founding member of the Latin American and Caribbean Children's Song Movement and has made significant cultural contributions in Argentina and beyond.
ZunZun Children’s Fest is produced by Rhythm Foundation in partnership with FUNDarte, as part of the Miami Beach Arts in the Parks series.
The show will be approximately an hour long.
