5:00-6:00p: Yoga by Brandi
This empowering yoga class is designed to strengthen your body, center your mind, and cultivate resilience. Through a dynamic flow of invigorating poses and mindful breathwork, you’ll build physical strength, mental clarity, and inner balance. Leave feeling empowered, grounded, and equipped to tackle any challenges with grace and confidence.
6:00-7:00p: From The Inside Out Motivational Fitness and Coaching
Centered around strengthening and toning. Mixing in some cardio and stretching for warm-ups as well.
