Welcome to zestchoice's 8th Group Circuit Class!
Come join us for an energizing and fun workout session at TO Kinesiology (115 Wolseley St.) Our group circuit class is designed to help you get your heart pumping and muscles working. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Get ready to sweat, laugh, and push yourself to new limits alongside our supportive community. Our experienced instructor (Anthony) will guide you through a series of exercises to help you reach your fitness goals. Don't miss out on this opportunity to challenge yourself and have a blast while doing it!

Make sure to wear clean indoor gym shoes, wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, bring a spare change of clothes, a towel, a water bottle, and yourself ready to move and get started! :D
