About this Event
Join the fabulous Lesley Gates for a whistle stop tour through cooking with scraps and leftovers. We'll be making stock powders and bone stock from scratch, using yoghurt to make a simple cheese, creating five different meals from one base, vegan bacon from banana skins and date stone coffee.
And, of course, there'll be time to sample everything we've made!
