We are so looking forward to welcoming back DJ Sophie Bolton to Dance Medicine.Sophie leads grounded, powerful spaces that bring people back to their bodies and inner clarity.
For over 15 years, she’s been holding transformative spaces where movement meets the sacred; blending music, mindfulness and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
As a conscious (ecstatic) dance DJ and MC, her sessions invite embodied presence, emotional honesty, and joyful connection with self and community.
Joining Sophie, Ruth Blake will close the dance with a sound journey. Ruth Blake is a multi-faceted songstress whose music is born out of her passion for exploring the deepest essence of her humanity and her interconnectedness with the great web of life. She’s also a neurospicey therapist who loves animals, sunshine, and deep friendship.
