Om facilitatorn:
Ida Simone är sångare, röstcoach och utbildad coach via International Coaching Federation. Hon har en bakgrund inom jazz och improvisation från Musikhögskolan i Malmö och arbetar idag som frilansande musiker och coach.
Med flera års erfarenhet som band- och projektledare väver hon samman musik, kropp och inre processer i sitt arbete. Zensing har vuxit fram ur hennes passion för att utforska rösten som ett verktyg för närvaro, uttryck och nervsystemsreglering.

Welcome to Zensing – a somatic vocal practice where we explore the voice’s power to regulate the nervous system and express our true voice.
Through toning, sounding, and deep listening, you are invited to:

About the facilitator:
Ida Simone is a singer, vocal coach, and certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She has a background in jazz and improvisation from the Malmö Academy of Music and works as a freelance musician and coach.
With several years of experience as a bandleader and project leader, she weaves together music, body awareness, and inner exploration. Zensing has emerged from her passion for exploring the voice as a tool for presence, expression, and nervous system regulation.
