Zenlings is a modern mental fitness class for kids that blends movement, breathwork, mindfulness and reflection to help children feel more confident, calm, and connected.

We are the club for kids who want to build inner strength... and the program parents trust to take a proactive approach to their childs mental health.

Hosted at Nurture · A Wellcare Marketplace, this class is designed for kids ages 6–9 and is energetic, fun, and approachable. Kids will move their bodies, learn simple breathing + mindfulness tools, and practice skills that support focus, emotional regulation, and resilience.

While kids are in class, parents are welcome to enjoy Nurture’s wellcare marketplace, café, and wellness offerings, or relax and explore the space onsite!

What kids will experience:

• Fun, mindful movement to release energy and build body awareness
• Simple breathing tools and mindfulness practices kids can use anywhere
• Age-appropriate reflection and confidence-building activities
• A supportive, positive group environment
