What to expect:
We invite you for a beautiful day of recharging, deep presence, and connecting in an intimate community. Indulge with El Bagel, sip on drinks by Kin Euphorics, sweets from Misha Bakes It, and florals by Neroli Blume.
The day will begin with a traditional Japanese tea ceremony by local wellness instructor Mica Luna, involving the mindful preparation and presentation of matcha, which helps enhance focus and consciousness during meditation. Following the ceremony, a Reiki-infused meditation with the soothing sounds of Japanese bells and Tibetan bowls will guide you through energy healing and mindful breathing, deepening relaxation and awareness.
In the second part of the retreat, you'll tap into your creativity through an immersive ceramics experience guided by local ceramist Erica Lores where you'll set your intentions and hand-sculpt your own matcha tea cup or bowl that will be fired post-retreat. We’ll blend art with mindfulness as we bring our vision into existence using stoneware clay.
