Your voice is for so much more than just singing, it is the single most powerful tool for awakening consciousness.
It is an amazing conduct for self-empowerment, self-confidence, accessing your heart and communicating with genuine love.
*In this MASTER CLASS we will practice :
- Diaphragmatic Breathing exercise:
navel expansion and projection
-Throat chakra cleansing and activation:
visualization and seed sounds.
- Sacral chakra :
womb activation guided meditation
with shamanic drum.
-Mantra chanting ( harmonizing)
-Tribal sounds: Icaros & Medicine songs.
-Silent child releasing exercise
(unspoken word)
-Deep listening exercise/ Effective communication.
-Vocalizations with purpose (affirmations)

*CATIA DOS SANTOS @Mulher_Arara is a medicine woman who has found her medicine in the spiritual lineage of shamanism through voice, music & art.
In 2019 she formed the Medicine Music Band Aliança Divina.
She is a guardian of the ancestral wisdom of the Sacred Divine Feminine movement as a facilitator of women's circles, Vocal and Womb activations; a Sound healer, Shamanic Dance, and Art Therapist facilitator.
