When we see that we ARE what we long for, then we can act in the world from a much more relaxed and powerful place within. Zen Coaching invites us to meet with compassion whatever shows up in our experience. In this inner embrace our wisdom, joy and power starts to shine, our relationships become easier and more fulfilling, and our contribution in the world flows in unexpected ways.
We will explore principles for coming home to deeper parts of ourselves, and how to offer true support to others. We will practice simple yet profound ways for self-connection through presence, deep listening, inquiry, and embracing and releasing challenging emotions.
We will explore the difference between our surface identity of personality structures and patterns, and our deeper identity: our nature as qualities of presence such as joy, love, value, peace, compassion, strength and groundedness.
You will get a direct taste of the power of deep listening to others from a non-fixing space of presence, openness and compassion.
We will work with guided meditations, inquiry exercises in small groups, movement, and coaching demonstrations.

🟢ABOUT KÅRE LANDFALD,Norway
Kåre Landfald has worked with thousands of people over the last 25 years in workshops, trainings and individual coaching. He is the founder and main teacher of the Zen Coaching Training, a profound inner transformation journey. The training has been offered in Norway, Sweden, Poland, Denmark and South Africa. He is also the founder of the International Zen Coaching Network, which now has more than 850 members from more than 25 countries. Kåre also works with leadership, strategy and communication in businesses and organisations.
The Zen Coaching approach is based on Kåre Landfald´s extensive studies with many teachers and traditions, especially the Diamond Approach, Buddhism, Non-violent Communication, existentialist philosophy and modern leadership and coaching practices. He earlier worked for 8 years in international development, for the United Nations, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and others. He has earlier also been the owner-manager of two retreat centers in Sweden: Ängsbacka (www.angsbacka.se) and Kärlingesund Retreat Center (www.karlingesundretreatcenter.se)
