Welcome to the ZAYA ACTIVE Pre-Iftar Reformer pilates event
As part of our Ramadan fitness series Expect a music free, women only hijabi‑friendly environment, expert instruction, and a focus on both strength and nervous system release – no pressure, no judgment, all levels welcome.
What to expect
• A guided reformer Pilates class led by a skilled women-only instructor, with options for complete beginners and those with some experience.
• A small-group feel so you get personal support with form, breath, and alignment throughout the session.
• Time to unwind, chat, and connect with other women over light refreshments after class, in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Who it’s for
• Women looking for a safe, private, and culturally sensitive space to try reformer Pilates for the first time or return to movement after a break.
• Those who value community as much as the workout itself – come solo or with a friend and leave feeling grounded, energised, and seen.
• Suitable for most fitness levels; if you are pregnant, postnatal, or managing an injury, please let the team know in advance so adjustments can be made.
Important details
• Location: A Pilates studio in London, easily accessible by public transport (full address and access details shared upon booking).
• What to bring: Comfortable workout clothing, A prayer mat if you wish to break your fast the class, as we will have light refreshment.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in, and get familiar with the reformer before class begins.
