Join us on Friday, September 20th at 6pm for a discussion of with author Zach Berman and legendary Philadelphia sports commentator Ray Didinger. This thoughtful and engaging collection of essays takes a profound and unique journey into the history of our city's iconic team.
We ask that all attendees register for a ticket through Eventbrite and purchase their copy of the book at B&N Philadelphia location.

For Seated Tickets: Limited quantity is available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase of a ticket guarantees entrance to the event for the discussion and signing. However, this ticket may not necessarily guarantee a seat at the event, as later arrivals may be placed in a line behind the seated audience.
For Standing Room-Only Tickets: Limited quantity is available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase of a ticket guarantees entrance to the event for the discussion and signing. Ticket holders will be granted a standing view from behind the seated audience -- some views may be more limited/obstructed than others.
- Please arrive on time according to your ticket in order to secure your seat in the event space. Late arrivals may only have access to standing room and may not have the opportunity to enter the event space.

About Zach Berman
ZACH BERMAN covers the Philadelphia Eagles for PHLY, where he co-hosts a daily online show and leads the written coverage of the team. Berman spent four seasons covering the Eagles for The Athletic and seven seasons as the Eagles beat writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer. He wrote the 2018 book UNDERDOGS: The Philadelphia Eagles’ Emotional Road to Super Bowl Victory. Berman previously covered the New York Giants for the Newark Star-Ledger and the University of Virginia/ Virginia Tech for the Washington Post and was a contributor for the New York Times. Berman was named Pennsylvania Co-Sportswriter of the Year in 2018 by the National Sports Media Association. He’s also twice been honored by the Professional Football Writers of America. He is also an adjunct instructor at Colorado State University, where he teaches media and content creation in the Sport Management graduate program. Berman graduated from Syracuse University in 2008 with majors in magazine journalism and political science and a minor in history.

About Ray Didinger
Ray Didinger was the first print journalist inducted into the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame. As a columnist for the Philadelphia Bulletin and the Philadelphia Daily News, he was named Pennsylvania Sportswriter of the Year five times. In 1995, he won the Dick McCann Award for long and distinguished reporting on pro football, and his name was added to the writers’ honor roll at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He also won six Emmy Awards as a writer and producer for NFL Films. He has authored or co-authored eleven books including The Eagles Encyclopedia, One Last Read: The Collected Works of the World's Slowest Sportswriter (Temple) and The Ultimate Book of Sports Movies. His play, Tommy and Me, about his friendship with Eagles Hall of Famer Tommy McDonald, was produced by Theatre Exile in Philadelphia and premiered in 2016. He is a talk show host on 94 WIP Sports Radio and a football analyst for NBC Sports Philadelphia.
