Theme Three: The Shifting Inner Worlds
How can we express complex and shifting emotions in our inner world? Come explore feelings of calm, joy, confusion, tension, and sadness through artworks with our educators. Connecting with these artworks makes us more aware of our own emotions as we go through life’s ups and downs, revealing the strength of self-care through creative expression.
Workshop:
Let’s observe and discover the characteristics of the space or object that make us feel relax and comfortable. We will then create a ‘space’ or ‘object’ where our minds can ground and find peace.
