Tournament Format: Swiss to Top Cut (to be confirmed again during event day)

Limit: 50 teams of 3 players each (total of 150 players). Only pre-registered teams are accepted.

Decklist Submission (27 January 2026 to 30 January 2026, 2359hrs)

Entry fee: $100
Doorgift: 30 booster packs + 3 structure decks

Participation Prize: 1x Event Exclusive Half Duel Field [佚楽の堕天使] for each player in the team (total 3 pcs per team)

Note: Participation prizes are given from swiss round 2 or 3 onwards. Players must participate until the selected swiss rounds to be eligible to receive the participation prize.

Tournament Prizes:

Top Cut: Each member of the top 4 teams from the Swiss rounds will receive an Event Exclusive Duel Field “黄昏の堕天使ルシファー” ×1 pc

Raffle Prize: Each member of 1 team will receive an Event Exclusive Duel Field “黄昏の堕天使ルシファー” ×1 pc


Tournament Rules:
- The 3 team members will share the same limit regulation list. This means the following scenarios will happen:
- if 1 player is already using 3 copies of [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their deck, the other 2 players in the same team cannot use [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their decks.
- if 1 player is already using 2 copies of [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their deck, only 1 other player in the team can use the last copy of [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their deck.
- if 1 player is already using 1 copy of [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their deck, the other 2 players in the same team can either use 1 copy of [Mystical Space Typhoon] each, or 1 other player can use 2 copies of [Mystical Space Typhoon] in their deck.
- if 1 player is already using 1 copy of [Heavy Storm] in their deck, as [Heavy Storm] is restricted to 1 copy in a deck, the other 2 players in the same team cannot [Heavy Storm] in their deck.
- if 1 player is already using 1 copy of [Yummy Snatchy] in their deck, as [Yummy Snatchy] is semi-restricted to 2 copies in a deck, 1 other player in the same team can use 1 copy of [Yummy Snatchy] in their deck.
- The order of the team members (A, B, C) cannot be changed after registration has been submitted.
- Team names cannot be offensive, harbour ill intent, or have any profanities, tournament organizer has the right to ask the team to change their team name, or the tournament organizer will change the team name as they see fit.


Rules for Pre-registered Players:
- Pre-registration will be done online for 50 teams of 3 players each.
- Players that have pre-registered will need to report at the event venue by 9.15am. If you did not arrive by 9.15am. Your slot will be forfeited and NO refunds will be given. You will still be able to collect your Door gift of 30 Booster Packs + 3 Structure Decks only during the event day.
- Deck lists must all be submitted via the Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron App for the event. Non-Submission will mean that you will not be in the tournament.
- Pairings will be posted up at 9.45am during the event day. Pre-registered Players that did not submit their deck-list will not be in the pairings.


Rules for Decklist Submission
- All decklist submissions must be done by 30 January 2026 (Friday), 2359 hrs.
- Non-submission of the decklist will mean that you will not be in the tournament.
- We only accept Deck Lists generated from Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron. Decklists in any other format will be rejected.
- Please make sure your decklist has your name and card game ID on it.
- Your contact details must tally the details submitted in the previous form. The order of the decklists for the players A, B, and C must also be the same. Submissions that do not tally will be REJECTED.
- Pairings will be posted at 9.45am during the event day. Players who did not submit their decklist via this form will NOT be included in the pairings.
- Once pairings have been announced and the round has started, if you are late for 10 minutes, you will be considered to have lost that match and you will be dropped from the tournament.
- Players who did not play until the end of the selected round will NOT be eligible to collect their event-exclusive item.
- We will be using the OCG JAPANESE January 2026 Limit Regulation

Items required for the Tournament
Card Game ID
New duelists can register for a Card Game ID at https://cardgame-network.konami.net/#/top
Deck Construction
Main Deck, consisting of a minimum of 40 cards, and a maximum of 60 cards.
Extra Deck (optional), consisting of 15 or less "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro
Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards".
Side Deck (optional), consisting of 15 or less cards. Duelists may include "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards" in their Side Deck.
Deck List
Duelists are responsible for registering a legal deck list and playing with a legal deck.
Illegal Deck List and/or illegal Deck may be subjected to penalties.

Materials for tracking Life Points
Pen and paper.
A calculator (optional), may be used, but Life Points MUST still be tracked with pen and paper.
Coin, Dice, Tokens, Counters, field center card
Duelists are required to bring sufficient coins, dice, tokens, and/or counters if they are running cards whose effects require the usage of such items.
Duelists may only use official Yu-Gi-Oh! tokens or Non-Yu-Gi-Oh! cards as their tokens.
Duelists may only use official Yu-Gi-Oh! Field center cards or Non-Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards as their Field Center cards.
Duelist may sleeve their tokens, but they must be of a different design from the Main Deck, Side Deck, and Extra Deck.

Card Legality
Only the following Yu-Gi-Oh! cards can be used for deck construction:
○ 遊戯王 オフィシャルカードゲーム (Japanese)
○ 遊戯王 TRADING CARD GAME (Asia English, however TCG Exclusives cannot be used if not released in the Japanese version yet)
○ 遊戲王 公式卡片遊戲 (Traditional Chinese)
The following Yu-Gi-Oh! cards CANNOT be used for deck construction:
○ Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German)
○ 游戏王 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)
○ 유희왕 오피셜 카드게임 (Korean)
Duelists must NOT use proxy or counterfeit cards.

The latest OCG Japanese Forbidden and Limited List (January 2026) will be used.

Card Sleeves/Card Protectors
Only official Konami Yu-Gi-Oh! card sleeves, or Single-colored card sleeves (e.g. Dragon Shield Single-colored) are allowed.
Duelists may choose to “single sleeve” or “double sleeve” their Decks only. If you double sleeve your cards, your outer sleeve must be of either a colorless transparent sleeve or a Single-colored sleeve.
Main Deck and Side Deck must be sleeved in identical design. Any "Fusion Monster Cards", "Synchro Monster Cards", "Xyz Monster Cards" and/or "Link Monster Cards" in the Side Deck are to be sleeved in identical design as the other Side Deck cards. If you side deck that particular card, you DO NOT change the sleeves. If the Main Deck is double-sleeved, then the Side Deck must also be double-sleeved.
Extra Deck must be sleeved in a design different from the Main Deck and Side Deck.
Duelists must have only one card in each sleeve. Duelists may not have anything but that card in the sleeve.
Any sleeves with noticeable patterns or wear may be subjected to penalties.


Tournament Rules
Rule Enforcement
The Head Judge is the final judicial authority and has the final decision on any rulings or penalties during the tournament.
Duelists are required to follow the official instructions announced by a Judge, Head Judge, or Tournament Organiser.
Refusal to follow official instructions will be penalized as Unsporting Conduct.
Tournament Violations
Duelists in violation of any tournament rules or policy may be subjected to penalties.
Cheating, Collusion, Bribery, Wagering, and Unsporting Conduct will not be tolerated. Any duelists found in violation may be subjected to penalties or even disqualified.
