This free community morning session is an invitation to slow down, move gently, and return to what truly matters — your breath, your body, and your inner balance.
Join us at Botanic Gardens for a 75-minute guided experience of simple movement and breathwork practices designed to support your wellbeing, clarity, and energy. No prior experience is needed — this session is suitable for all levels.

We’ve made this session FOC (free of charge) because we don’t want cost or commitment to be a barrier for anyone. This is a community offering — our way of giving back and sharing what has supported us on our own wellbeing journeys.
