By purchasing a ticket and attending the YSL Love Game event hosted & organised by L’Oreal NZ Limited . You agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Purchase and Redemption

Tickets are priced at $150 per person, inclusive of GST.

You will receive a $150 Farmers Gift Card upon arrival and presentation of ticket (physical or digital) at the event to redeem on YSL product purchases made during the evening of the event.

Ticket value is not transferable, not redeemable for cash.

Event Entry

Entry is strictly by ticket only. Guests must present valid proof of purchase (physical or digital) on arrival.

Entry is open to individuals aged 18+ years.

You may be required to show valid identification on arrival.

Product Redemption

No cash sales available at the event.

Product redemption must be completed at the event before closing time.

If a purchase exceeds the ticket value, the attendee is responsible for paying the difference.

No refunds or exchanges on redeemed products for changes of mind.

All rights under consumer guarantees remain

Event Experience

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the event project, guest appearances, or product availability without notice.

Attendees must comply with any of the Organizer’s health and safety guidelines and directions at the venue.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or if the event is cancelled by the Organiser or Host.

If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with alternative options.

Photography & Promotion

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Images may be used across L’Oréal and Farmers’ marketing channels.

Liability

The Organiser and Host is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except as required by law.
