Jon Staenberg (Agate Hound Fund) and Stu Nibley (Summit) personally invite you to join us for a Valentine’s week dinner inspired by Open That Bottle Night — the simple and joyful idea of opening a bottle you’ve been saving and sharing it with a thoughtfully curated group around a great table.

a thoughtfully curated group of exceptional people + memorable wine + soulful Italian food + real conversation.We’ll be gathering at Poesia, a beloved neighborhood Italian restaurant known for its house made pasta and warm, family style hospitality. They’ve gone above and beyond for our group, offering a private dining room, waiving corkage, and preparing a multi course feast just for us.
All in price
$99 per person
Includes private room, multi course dinner, service, tax, tip, and a room full of great bottles.
Dessert will be generously sponsored by Summit.
Agate Hound Fund will be sharing wines from Jon’s Argentine vineyard, Hand of God Wines, during the mingling hour.
What to bring
Each guest is kindly asked to bring a favorite bottle of wine or high end spirit (approximately $40+ value) to share. The magic is in the collective tasting — everyone brings one bottle, and everyone gets to experience many.
