Youth Mental Health First Aid training teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18. This training is being offered as a part of our Be the Best ME 2.0 program to increase awareness, reduce stigma and normalize discussions around mental health. This training is available AT NO COST for parents, teachers, coaches, mentors, and anyone who supports or works with youth in the community.Please see attached flyer for more details
