About this Event
About the course
Youth Mental Health First Aid is a 14-hour in-person course designed for adults who support, teach, care for, or work with young people.
The course builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise when a young person may be developing a mental health challenge, respond in a supportive way, and guide them towards appropriate help.
