The Springfield Parks and Recreation Department is excited to host its 29th annual Youth Fishing Rodeo in partnership with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).Kids aged 4- 14 are invited to fish from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at J. Travis Price Park, 4155 Wilks Road. The TWRA will stock the pond with fish ahead of the event.
Admission is free. Participants must bring fishing gear and bait. No artificial lures will be allowed.
Registration is required and is available online to the first 350 participants. All participants are required to register to receive a prize.
