Celebrating the achievements of the young people, communities and employers we work with is essential and after 13 years of the Spark! Awards, in 2026 we will be holding the first ever Youth Careers Awards.
On March 26th 2026 we will be coming together with all of our partners, volunteers, and young people, to recognise their commitment, passion and inspirational journeys. This has rarely been more important.
We would like to invite you to join us to celebrate, marking the successes achieved in the last year.
