This event brings together trusted local experts across health, fitness, style, money, and self-care to offer clear, grounded guidance you can actually use. No fear-mongering. No extreme advice. Just inspiring women, practical tools, and evidence-informed perspectives to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in your body and your life.
You’ll hear short, focused talks from practitioners who work with women at this stage every day — cutting through misinformation and helping you make sense of what actually matters right now. Then shop our curated wellness market, providing services and products to help guide you on your wellness journey.
The market runs from 10 am to 4 pm, so there will be plenty of time to enjoy it! The speaker sessions run at 10:30 am and again at 1 pm. All speakers will be at both, so pick the session that works best for your schedule!

A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Ernestine’s Women Shelter. For more than 40 years, Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter has helped survivors and their children find safety, heal from trauma, and build a life free from violence.
