Join us for an intimate, trauma-informed journey of guided visualization, creative writing, and sound. This evening is designed to help you reconnect with your own person safe space in a deep and profound way. This event will be facilitated by a woman of colour with over a decade of experience supporting people on their healing journeys. Suitable for all levels.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our evening beings with a gentle guided visualization and stream-of-consciousness writing exercise. You’ll have the opportunity to explore imagery and emotion in a safe, supportive environment. Afterward, you’ll settle into a cozy hammock for a soothing sound bath, intended to help you release tension, settle your nervous system, and guide you deeper into a state of relaxation. Whether you’re new to writing, sound baths, or simply looking for a new way to reconnect with yourself, this event is a unique offering of creativity, visualization, and sound.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please wear comfortable clothing and socks, and bring along a blanket, water bottle, journal and pen! Outside food and drink are not permitted in the studio.
