Hockey dryland training, also known as off-ice training, is a combination of exercises performed away from the ice to improve a player's physical fitness, skills, and performance on the ice. It focuses on improving core strength, speed, agility, quickness, power, and stamina, and can also help with injury prevention and mental focus. This type of training includes a variety of activities such as strength and conditioning, plyometrics, agility drills, and off-ice stickhandling.
