About this Event
As athletes, you’ve chosen a path in which adversity is inherent - whether it’s losing a game, playing poorly, dealing with hard coaches, injuries etc... So how do we do that and keep our mental health intact? Join Grit Workshops for a workshop that will boost our emotional resilience through the harder parts of being an athlete. Through neuro-science, mindful activities and meditation, we’ll sharpen the neuro-pathways that grow a strong brain in a fast-paced, fun workshop.
