Step on the ice with one of the game’s fiercest competitors and Olympic legends. In this high-energy session, Meghan Agosta will guide athletes through offensive and defensive skills designed to sharpen their game.

Players will work on explosive acceleration, elite puck protection, and high-pressure decision-making—skills that translate directly to in-game impact. Through situational drills and game-speed reps, athletes will learn how to anticipate plays, create scoring chances, and elevate their confidence under pressure.
