Your nervous system is your super power masterclass Learn how to down-regulate your nervous system through Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Somatic Movement, Breathwork and lymphatic self massage
About this Event

You are the one holding it all.
The schedule. The deadlines. The emotional landscape, yours and everyone else’s.
You know how to deliver, how to perform, how to rise to every expectation.

But lately your body has been asking for something different.

You are doing everything “right,” yet you still find yourself trapped in cycles of overwhelm, overthinking and exhaustion.
You struggle to switch off, even after the workday ends.
Your sleep is light. Your jaw, chest and belly feel constantly braced.
Your immune system feels like it is running on low reserves.

This masterclass is for the part of you that is done with coping and ready to restore, replenish and rise.
The part of you that craves presence, clarity and energy.

In this experience, you will discover a nervous-system-led approach to reclaim calm, capacity and power through rituals that nourish your whole body.

You will be guided through:

Grounding breathwork to stabilise your system and bring you back into your body
A short, insightful talk on how your nervous system shapes your mood, focus, immunity and energy
Gentle somatic movement and floorwork to unwind tension in the neck, shoulders, diaphragm and jaw
Lymphatic self-massage to support immunity, reduce stagnation and help the body shift out of stress mode
Restorative practices to down-regulate the system and teach your body how to recover before it breaks
Guided visualisations and reflective prompts to restore internal safety and re-anchor you in confidence
• Time to ask questions and integrate what you have learned

You will learn to work with your body, using science-based practices inspired by Yoga Therapy, Somatic Healing, nervous system regulation and the Polyvagal Theory.

You will leave knowing:

• Why your nervous system is the root of both burnout and breakthrough
• How to interrupt stress patterns in minutes.
• What it feels like to expand your inner capacity, so you stop slipping into shutdown, freeze or hyper-vigilance
• How to access sustainable energy and move toward your goals without pushing harder
• Why daily rituals of rest, release and lymphatic flow keep your system resilient, physically, mentally and immunologically

This is for you if:

• You are driven and capable, but your body is holding tension you cannot shake
• You are often “in your head” and want to feel more grounded in your body
• You are tired of burnout cycles and want a more intelligent approach to stress
• You want to lead, create and care for others without sacrificing yourself in the process

Open to all levels. No previous experience needed.

Please note, tickets are not refundable.
