Judy Schoenberg and Linda Lautenberg, Co-Founders, EvolveMe

Judy Schoenberg and Linda Lautenberg are co-founders of EvolveMe, a professional growth company providing individual and group coaching for women in midlife career transition using their proven DARE™ method of career reinvention. Their clients call their EvolveMe experience “life-changing” and “the best professional investment” they’ve ever made.

As women's career strategists, EvolveMe partners with corporate leadership and Employee Resource Groups to provide programming focused on building and sustaining top female talent.

EvolveMe has been featured in Forbes.com, CNN.com, Reuter’s World at Work, Fast Company, HR Magazine, Fairygodboss, Ellevate Network, Womaness.com, and the cover of Women’s Quarterly. Judy holds a Masters in Education from Harvard University and is a former national executive for Girl Scouts of the USA. She lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, two sons, and a feisty rescue dog.

Linda earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Her earlier career was in real estate finance at Prudential and Nomura Securities.

She lives near the Jersey shore with her husband, 1-3 kids (depending on college schedules), and way too many pets.

Elana Konstant, Founder, Konstant Change Coaching

Elana Konstant is a career coach and consultant guiding professionals through career transition. A former lawyer, she founded Konstant Change Coaching to empower people to create the career they want. Change is good. Elana will help you understand why.

Elana advises her clients in identifying and framing their career goals, as well as provides the support and accountability needed to achieve them. Working across a range of industries, Elana primarily coaches professionals in mid-level management or senior leadership roles, while saving space for those early in their careers.

Whether creating impactful new marketing materials, preparing for interviews, or negotiating compensation packages, Elana ensures that her clients feel confident in their career shifts. In addition to working with clients individually, Elana also runs corporate workshops and group seminars on various career-related topics, including conquering imposter syndrome, prioritizing your professional brand, as well as balancing personal and professional demands. Her career thought leadership has been featured in numerous media outlets. Active in her community, Elana has served on the Boards of Directors for Golden Gate Mother’s Group, The Carroll School PTA, and Barnard College Class Alumnae.
