Mat Pilates with YouFitness (Downtown Ottawa)
Join us for a full-body Mat Pilates class with Séléna at 2 Daly Ave, Studio B — a session designed to strengthen, sculpt, and improve core stability.
Your instructor: Séléna Daelman (Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor)
This 60-minute class is a Pilates-style workout that emphasizes core strength, stability, and total-body conditioning. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, this class will challenge and energize you through mindful movement and form-focused exercises.

• 1 hour of Mat Pilates led by Séléna
• A focus on controlled movements for strength and posture
• Core-centered sequences to tone and stabilize
• All-levels format with options for everyone
