Yoga for the Hips ~ Strengthen and Stretch Pop-Up with Heather Sun Oct 26th 1:30-2:30pm 🧘This class is designed to both strengthen and stretch the hips, offering a balanced practice that targets mobility, stability, and release.
🧘The session begins with gentle warm-ups to awaken the hip joints and surrounding muscles, followed by strengthening exercises and deeper stretches to help release tightness and improve flexibility.
🧘Throughout the class, mindful breath work and guided alignment cues encourage safe movement and deeper connection to the body. Ideal for all levels, this class supports greater hip function, reduces tension, and enhances overall lower-body resilience.
