About this Event

Burnout isn’t about weakness or personal shortcoming — it’s what happens when you’re never taught how to switch stress off. This session shows how chronic stress impacts women's minds, bodies, and careers, and how understanding and regulating it helps you show up grounded, focused, and like yourself again — so you can build a career that doesn’t cost you your health or happiness.

Meet Our Facilitator, Michaela Richmond (a.k.a. The Burnout Boss):
Michaela is a burnout prevention and recovery coach, speaker, and educator who helps high achievers, leaders, and teams create sustainable success without sacrificing their health or happiness. After more than 15 years in high-pressure leadership roles across retail, real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship, she experienced firsthand how easily ambition can turn into chronic stress and burnout.
After that turning point Michaela committed to understanding how chronic stress impacts the body and career longevity, earning certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Hypnosis, and ICF-accredited Quantum Coaching.
Today, Michaela is the founder of Burnout Boss and the creator of the Burnout Boss Signature Process, a science-backed framework used by individuals and organizations to prevent burnout, restore energy, and build high performance without burnout being the cost of success. She delivers this work through keynote talks, corporate workshops, and digital programs—helping ambitious professionals succeed and actually enjoy the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.

*This workshop is open to self-identifying women and non-binary individuals*
