I am starting the process of promoting the YOU ARE ENOUGH 5K Fun Run that will be held on May 30th at 9:00 am. The 3.2 mile course will be from the Hermosa Beach Pier, to the Manhattan Beach Pier, and back to Hermosa Beach where we will have music, food, and wellness vendors.
