The Yorkshire Imperial Band will celebrate its 90th anniversary with a landmark concert at Halifax Minster.

The programme will showcase classic brass band repertoire and contemporary arrangements, reflecting the band’s historic roots and its ongoing commitment to innovation. Founded in 1936, the Yorkshire Imperial Band has built a reputation as one of the region’s most enduring and distinctive brass bands. This anniversary concert offers audiences the chance to experience the band’s past, present, and future in a single celebratory event.

Doors open 45 minutes beofre the performance. The Minster's pop-up bar will be open before the concert and during the interval. Seats are unreserved - arrive early to get a good view!
