An intimate journey of self-discovery through yoni mapping and pleasure exploration. Guided practices self-practices.
About this Event

An intimate journey of self-discovery through yoni mapping and pleasure exploration. You'll be guided through practices to explore your body's unique landscape, awaken sensation, and deepen your relationship with pleasure, all through your own touch, at your own pace, in a trauma-informed container.

What is Yoni Mapping?

Yoni mapping is a gentle, curious exploration of your body's terrain, a practice of touching yourself with presence and awareness to discover areas of sensation, numbness, pleasure, and tension. It's a way of coming home to your body, reclaiming your pleasure, and healing your relationship with your sexuality.

Through compassionate self-touch and guided exploration, we can begin to:

🦋 Awaken sensation and restore feeling to areas that have gone numb

🦋 Discover your unique pathways to pleasure and what brings you alive

🦋 Deepen trust and intimacy with your own body

This workshop offers a safe, nurturing space to explore your body at your own pace. All practices are self-guided touch only. You will be working on your own body throughout, with clear instructions and support.

As this practice involves self-work on your own genitals, you’ll be invited to work without clothing if you choose, using a sarong or gown for comfort and modesty. The emphasis will always be on your consent, comfort, and autonomy throughout the session.
