14 October: “Ancient Vedic Wisdom for Modern Life”
by Swami Jyothirmayah
Vedic wisdom is considered to be the most ancient of all living traditions of spiritual and practical knowledge. The sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mantras, among others, all are branches of this tree. Even though thousands of years old wisdom, it has become more relevant in recent years as it offers solutions for many problems we are facing today. Vedic wisdom enables us to understand who we really are and what our role is in the larger picture of the world. Vedic wisdom nurtures our consciousness by equipping us to reach our true source of joy and happiness. Take a deep dive into ancient spiritual wisdom and create inner resilience and calmness with Swami Jyothirmayah and reconnect with who you really are. Swami Jyothirmayah will also talk about how you can overcome obstacles in life through meditation and breathwork, and how to apply this ancient knowledge in your everyday life. Swami Jyothirmayah, a highly regarded expert on yoga, meditation and breathing techniques is the official representative of The Art of Living founder Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Europe.

17 October: “How to tap into the source of creativity and intuitive decision-making within”
by Marie-Christine Heuell
It is said that silence is the mother of all creativity. But from where does an idea arise? And from where does a thought arise? In the era of AI where Chat GPT has started to substitute our own thought processes and decision-making ability, there is a very ancient approach that helps us to access this reservoir of creativity, clarity and intuition deep within us: Silence. An ancient proverb says that once we become silent in our body and mind, we start hearing the words and answers from within. In her talk, Communications Expert Marie-Christine Heuell will talk about the Power of Silence and how we can improve our intuitive decision-making despite living in a loud, fast-paced and turbulent time.
24 October: “How to be sustainably happy from within”
by Caroline Stiebler
At the core of every living person, there is a longing for happiness. The problem is that we usually seek happiness in things outside of us and in the future. Happiness is really here right now. Happiness is the most natural state for a human being. When we move away from our Self, our nature, we become unhappy. It is ironic, though, that being the very source of happiness, we keep looking for it everywhere, like a fish in the ocean searching for water. In this experiential lecture, Caroline Stiebler will explain about the power of the mind, the importance of looking at our sources of energy, and how to (re-)connect with our Self for cultivating a healthy, happy lifestyle and harmony in ourselves.
07 November: "How to improve your sleep and overall wellbeing with Yoga and Ayurveda"
by Petra Kiesewetter
In this lecture, we will explore the fundamentals of Ayurveda, including its origins, foundational principles, and how this ancient knowledge can be integrated into our modern lives. Practical tips will be shared to inspire immediate application of Ayurveda’s wisdom for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
