Mid-Week Reset: Hike & Yoga at the Peak
End your Wednesday night with the perfect blend of cardio and calm. Join us for an evening dedicated to movement, fresh air, and community as we conquer the trails and find our flow under the Vegas sunset.
The Schedule
- 6:30 PM: Meet & Greet (Arrival and check-in. We require all attendees to sign our waiver, so ensure you arrive early to do so.)
- 6:45 PM: Hike Departure (Promptly! We want to ensure we have plenty of time on the trail before our yoga session begins.)
- 7:00 PM: Yoga at Exploration Peak! We will begin the session in time to view the sunset at the top of the mountain, right before savasana.

Exploration Peak Park 9275 S Buffalo Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89178
Finding Us: We will meet by the bathrooms next to the parking lot. The park entrance is located off of Buffalo, on the left side as you drive south past Blue Diamond.
What to Expect
We’ll start with a refreshing 15-minute hike up the Exploration Peak trail to get the heart rate up and take in the panoramic views of the valley. Once we hit the summit, we’ll transition into a restorative yoga flow to stretch out those post-hike muscles and center our minds for the remainder of the week.
What to Bring
- Yoga Mat (or a large towel)
- Water (stay hydrated!)
- Sun Protection (hat, sunscreen, and/or shades)
- Comfortable Shoes with good grip for the hike
