This is more than a yoga class- it's a space to return to yourself. Talia, a licensed mental health therapist incorporates intentional movement and breath to help you reconnect and accept all parts of yourself. Expect a grounding flow that supports both your physical and emotional reset. All levels of students are welcome. Mats are provided, but limited.
