This Monday morning Yoga class with Swami Atma Gyanam is the way to start the week free of tensions and with a clear mind. The class includes a 'Tuning In' meditation at the beginning to ensure the practice is mindful, then posture and breath suitable for the class participants and the season. We end with a kind of guided meditation. Atma Gyanam has devoted his life to the practice and teaching of Yoga, has over 30 years experience, published two books, and trains Yoga Teachers.
