An in-person Yoga Class @ The Yoga Tree, Norwich which is designed to get your body moving and stretching ready for your week ahead. This class begins with breathwork, grounding and centering, moving into warming the body up ready to transition into a series of postures designed to build strength, mobility and flexibility of both body and mind.A basic level of fitness is suggested for this class, but no previous experience of Yoga is necessary.
If you do not feel as though you can access classes or sessions due to financial constraints, PLEASE contact me. There will always be a way you can access classes, I would hate for you to miss out when I feel now more than ever, people can benefit greatly from being in community with others doing the things that can support them to stay well.
