Join Movement Lounge, By Yoga Muttz for a Yoga with Rescue Dogs class at Nashville Humane Society! This class is a beginner-friendly yoga flow coupled with the sweetest adoptable dogs of NHA. A unique opportunity to love on rescue dogs, help them socialize, and support our local NHA. Ticket proceeds benefitting NHA.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
After the class, we encourage participants to spend some time with the adoptable dogs and cats. Who knows? You might meet your new furry family member!
